Day 24. Fun day in Ogden, Utah. We went to the old Union Pacific Railroad terminal where they have 4 museums and where we had a delicious seafood lunch. They have full scale trains, model trains, railroad history of Ogden, art gallery and the Browning firearms and antique auto museums. Browning was a Mormon from Ogden who had 3 wives and 21 children. Browning became very wealthy producing weapons in Ogden.
We walked through the tourist downtown, checked out a few antique shops and ended the day with ice cream. We walked 5.6 miles today as recorded on Dad's fitbit. Tomorrow we plan to visit the golden spike site near Promintory, Utah.

  1. Browning started selling guns in 1878 and still manufactures them in the area.

  2. Antique shops and icecream. Sounds like the perfect Murphy day.
