Day 22. Trip odometer turned 3,000 miles today! We spent the day in Salt Lake City. We checked out a nice antique mall and then spent several hours at Liberty Square. I toured the Tracy Aviary, established in 1938, while Dad walked the park and then we both walked around and enjoyed the place that is like a mini Central Park. We enjoyed seeing the local electric light rail and the Front Range Express train roll through.
Salt Lake City is surrounded by beautiful mountains, especially right now when they are still snow covered. Off to Ogden, Utah tomorrow.
