Two of 4 original buildings still at Fort Verde National Monument. Note how arid the mountains are although the valley has a flowing stream and lots of trees including some hugh sycamores. Can anyone find Pete in the first photo?
I just searched that shrubby desert photo for a long time before I realized you meant the house photo. I thought he was very good at hiding, almost like a desert lizard.

ReplyDeleteThe kids are saying that building looks too “beautiful” to be old. They especially like the roof.
