The jacket is actually just a thin nylon rain slicker but I did have a light jean jacket on as well. The pic makes it look colder than it actually was...and now there's actually some sun and blue sky. We hope it lasts as we head West today.
Are you standing next to THE AA van? We need a wide angle shot. Nothing but wall-to-wall spring here in the east. Green leaves and flowers everywhere. I could barely get out of bed today from all the yard and deck work this weekend. What ever happened to the kids knocking on doors to see if there is any work to do for a few bucks? That must have been a 50s or 60s thing.
Yup, that's the Pickers van. You can see the small red logo, and you can see the entire van in the other pic, to the right. This is the Mercedes van they used prior to their current Ford. The weather here is improving!

DeleteThe high temperature on both Saturday and Sunday was mid 40s. We hope to leave behind the rain and cold as we head west today.
